Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By engaging Al- DAWOOD GLOBAL VENTURES (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED (“we”, “us”) for IT, design or development services, you agree to these Terms of Service and any written proposal, quotation or statement of work issued for your project.

2. Services

Scope, deliverables, timelines and fees are defined in the agreed quote or contract. Work outside that scope may require a change order and revised pricing in PKR.

3. Payments

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, projects typically require an advance before work begins, with remaining balances due on milestones or before final delivery. Late payments may pause delivery.

4. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you receive rights to final deliverables as specified in your agreement. We retain rights to unused concepts, internal tools, frameworks and the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless a written NDA restricts it.

5. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide timely feedback, content, access and approvals. Delays on your side may extend timelines without liability on our part.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
