Refund Policy

1. Overview

Al- DAWOOD GLOBAL VENTURES (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED provides custom digital and IT services. Because work is tailored to each client, refunds are handled according to the terms below and your signed proposal.

2. Advance / deposit

Project advances or deposits are generally non-refundable once work has started (discovery, research, design or development), as they reserve capacity and cover initial effort.

3. Cancellation by client

If you cancel after work has begun, fees for completed stages remain due. Unused prepaid amounts for future stages may be refunded at our discretion after deducting work already performed and committed third-party costs.

4. Cancellation by us

If we cancel an engagement for reasons not caused by the client, we will refund prepaid fees for undelivered work, less non-recoverable third-party costs already incurred with your approval.

5. Quality concerns

If deliverables materially fail to match the agreed scope, we will first offer reasonable revisions within the contracted revision rounds. Refunds for completed and accepted milestones are not typically provided.

6. How to request

Email care@domain.xyz with your project reference, payment details and reason. Eligible refunds are processed in PKR to the original payment method where possible, typically within 14 business days of approval.
